2026年8月21日，超盈国际控股有限公司（02111）发布公告称，公司公众持股量已恢复至香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第13.32B(1)条要求的水平。
公告显示，FMR LLC于2026年8月20日通过场内交易方式合计出售348,000股公司股份，占已发行股份总数约0.03%。交易完成后，FMR LLC的持股比例由约10.01%降至约9.98%，持股数为103,746,819股。
截至公告日期，FMR LLC透过受控法团合共持有103,746,819股公司股份，其中：
1. Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC持有75,848,913股；
2. FIAM LLC持有22,169,573股；
3. Fidelity Management Trust Company持有5,728,333股。
由于上述股份出售，FMR LLC不再被视为公司主要股东及核心关联人士，其所持股份计入公司公众持股量。经董事会作出合理查询后，截至公告日期，公司公众持股量为279,116,000股，占已发行股本约26.84%，已符合上市规则的最低公众持股量要求。
公司此前曾于2026年8月12日发布公告披露公众持股量不足的情况。本次调整后，相关问题已解决。
