Share Capital • Issued Class A ordinary shares stood at 557.33 million on both 14 and 17 August 2026, leaving the company’s total issued share count unchanged at 763.43 million (including 206.10 million Class B shares). • No treasury shares were held at the period-end.

Share Repurchases • Between 12 and 17 August 2026 (U.S. time) the company repurchased 727,868 American depositary shares (ADS), each equal to one Class A ordinary share, representing approximately 0.10% of total issued shares. • Price range: USD 22.88–22.98 per ADS. • The 17 August tranche—218,381 ADS at up to USD 23.00—was executed on the New York Stock Exchange for a total consideration of USD 5.00 million and will be cancelled.

Mandate Utilisation • The buybacks were made under a mandate approved on 16 June 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 76.60 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 3.30 million shares, or 0.43% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date. • In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares until 16 September 2026.

Post-Transaction Position • As at 17 August 2026, issued Class A shares remain at 557.33 million; 727,868 repurchased shares are pending cancellation, with no impact yet on the reported share count.
