Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed its latest Next Day Disclosure Return on 27 May 2026, detailing continued on-market share repurchases.
• 27 May 2026 transaction: 2,000 ordinary shares were bought back on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 2.85 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 5,700. All shares are earmarked for cancellation.
• May buyback activity to date: From 8 May to 27 May, the company executed 12 on-market transactions covering 29,000 shares at prices between HKD 2.83 and HKD 2.86. The aggregated outlay is approximately HKD 0.08 million, translating into 0.0027 % of Tenfu’s issued share capital.
Capital structure remains unchanged at 1.08 billion issued shares, with no treasury shares held. All repurchased shares are pending cancellation; following cancellation, the outstanding share count will decline accordingly.
Under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 11 May 2026, Tenfu is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate stand at 27,000 shares, representing 0.0025 % of the total authorised amount. A 30-day moratorium on new share issuance or disposal of treasury shares runs until 26 June 2026, in line with HKEX Listing Rules.
