CICC Confirms Retirement of Management Committee Member Zhang Kejun

China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) announced that its Board of Directors, at the 21st meeting of the third session held on 13 July 2026, approved the retirement of Mr. Zhang Kejun from his role as a member of the Management Committee due to reaching the statutory retirement age.

Effective immediately upon the Board’s approval, Mr. Zhang Kejun has stepped down from all positions at CICC and its subsidiaries. The company stated that Mr. Zhang has no disagreements with the Board, no outstanding public commitments or obligations as senior management, and no other matters require shareholder or regulatory attention. Handover procedures will proceed in line with internal and regulatory requirements.

CICC’s Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Zhang’s contributions during his tenure. Following the adjustment, the Board’s composition remains: Executive Directors—Chen Liang and Wang Shuguang; Non-executive Directors—Zhang Wei, Kong Lingyan and Tian Ting; Independent Non-executive Directors—Ng Kong Ping Albert, Lu Zhengfei and Zhou Yu.
