博雅互动国际有限公司（00434）8月10日发布盈利警告称，经对集团未经审计综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，预计录得归属于股东的亏损约7.90亿元至8.00亿元。上一财年同期，公司因数字资产公允价值增长，实现归属股东利润约2.26亿元。
公司指出，业绩转亏的主要原因是2026年上半年比特币价格下跌，导致集团所持数字资产公允价值减少。若剔除数字资产及股权投资合伙企业等金融资产公允价值变动等一次性因素影响，预计本集团归属于股东的利润较2025年同期增加约120%至125%，主要受网络游戏收益同比增长所带动。
博雅互动表示，截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计中期业绩尚未最终确定，相关业绩公告预计将于2026年8月底前公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
