周二午后，汇丰控股股价直线拉升，截至发稿涨幅超3%。汇丰控股第三季度营收177.88亿美元，同比增长5%。三季度列账基准除税前利润按同比减少14%至73亿美元，逊预期；股息维持每股10美仙；汇丰解释，除税前利润减少反映营业支出增加，主要来自第三季的须予注意项目，包括法律准备14亿美元。有关减幅部分被收入增⻑抵销，当中包括银行业务净利息收益增加，以及财富管理业务表现强劲，而环球外汇业务和债务及股票市场业务的费用及其他收益则报跌。
第三季除税后利润为55亿美元，较2024年第三季减少12亿美元。
