Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad announced that director Datuk Lim Hong Tat acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the company on May, 29 2026 through open-market purchases.
Following the transaction, Datuk Lim’s direct stake in the tin producer stands at 100,000 shares, representing approximately 0.012% of the company’s issued share capital. He holds no indirect or deemed interest in the company.
The notification was filed with the company and received on the same day, in accordance with Section 219 of the Companies Act 2016.
