Resources Global Development Limited Announces CFO Resignation

Resources Global Development Limited said on Nov, 26 2025 that Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary Mr. Yeo Tze Khern Thomas will leave the group to pursue other opportunities, effective Feb, 23 2026.

Mr. Yeo will also step down as commissioner of Indonesian subsidiaries PT Deli Niaga Sejahtera and PT Deli Pratama Angkutan Laut on the same date.

The board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Yeo’s service and stated it will search for a new head of finance. Mr. Leong Chuo Ming continues as Company Secretary.
