On December 2, the General Office of the Jiangxi Provincial Government issued the "Several Measures to Accelerate the Development of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) Technology and Industry in Jiangxi." The document emphasizes strengthening the promotion of innovative products, supporting the inclusion of BCI medical devices in the recommended catalog for innovative products.

Eligible BCI projects will be encouraged to apply for provincial industrial development grants to accelerate the iterative application and large-scale promotion of BCI-integrated products. The province will select exemplary BCI innovation projects, regularly publish case studies of innovative applications and achievements, and promote open application scenarios.

Additionally, Jiangxi will actively advance the "AI+" initiative to accelerate BCI research and development through artificial intelligence. Leveraging the Provincial Achievements Transformation Center, the government will organize BCI technology matchmaking events to expedite the commercialization of innovations.

Entities or individuals leading the formulation or revision of relevant standards may be nominated for the "Jiangxi Governor’s Quality Award and Patent Award" in the standards project or individual categories.
