Stamford Land Corporation Ltd (H07) announced that there have been no further material developments in the winding-up proceedings against its wholly-owned, dormant subsidiary, Stamford Property Services Pty Ltd.
The company said it does not expect the outcome of the case to have any material impact on the group’s operations or financial position because the subsidiary has no assets.
This update follows earlier disclosures made on Mar, 16 2026, Apr, 15 2026 and May, 25 2026.
