久融控股有限公司（Jiu Rong Holdings Limited）6月4日发布补充公告，详细说明集团于2025年10月16日至2026年5月26日期间通过公开市场累计出售58,970,000股宋都服务集团有限公司股份的情况。
公告指出，集团已对每笔交易分别进行规模测试，所有单笔交易的百分比率均低于5%，单独不触发披露要求；但合并计算后，相关百分比率介于5%至25%之间，整体构成《上市规则》第十四章所界定的“须予披露交易”。
财务影响方面，出售股份的总代价约为3.4百万元港元，对应未审计成本约3.6百万元港元，集团就此确认未经审计亏损约0.2百万元港元。
公司重申，除补充财务影响及合并计算说明外，此前公告的其他内容保持不变，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎态度。
