TE HEALTHCARE（06877）7月17日发布盈利预喜公告，公司经初步评估，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得股东应占综合纯利约100万元，而2025年同期则录得股东应占综合亏损净额约220万元，实现由亏转盈。
公司指出，业绩改善主要得益于核心保健业务收入稳步增长，受保健服务扩展及零售端（B2C）业务带动，所得利润足以抵销同期与盛汇信息科技有限公司相关诉讼产生的判决款项及法律费用。公告称，集团保持稳健流动资金状况，为持续运营提供财务缓冲。
诉讼方面，公司已收到盛汇法律代表就2019年第1416号及2020年第452号高等法院民事诉讼提出的法律费用申索。TE HEALTHCARE强调，该费用金额未获公司同意且未经法院裁定；若双方无法达成协议，最终金额将由法院通过正式讼费评定程序确定。集团保健业务运营未受诉讼影响。
公司表示，截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩仍在编制中，相关财务数据尚未经核数师或审核委员会审核。正式中期业绩公告预计将于2026年8月底前发布。
