According to an announcement, CISI FIN (06058) has established a financing letter on October 24, 2025, with a bank (acting as the lender) where the lender has agreed to provide the company with a non-committed revolving loan financing of up to HKD 500 million. The validity period of the financing letter is subject to the lender's annual review.
