五菱汽车（00305）8月18日公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目及现有资料初步评估，公司预计：
1. 集团期内将录得净利润约人民币63,000,000元，较2025年同期的人民币85,809,000元减少约27%； 2. 归属于公司拥有人应占利润约人民币26,000,000元，较2025年同期的人民币39,416,000元减少约34%。
公司指出，盈利下滑主要由于两方面：一是集团持续推进新产品及开发项目，研发费用稳步增加；二是联营公司柳州五菱新能源汽车有限公司仍处于初期运营阶段，叠加不利市场环境，导致分占亏损增加。
截至目前，集团2026年上半年业绩的相关审阅工作仍在进行，尚待审计委员会及核数师最终审核确认。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
