Lianhua Supermarket Issues Reminder on Electronic Delivery of Shareholder Documents

Bulletin Express
Apr 22

Lianhua Supermarket Holdings Co., Ltd. released a reminder on 22 April 2026 confirming the full transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on the company website (http://lianhua.todayir.com/) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies.

To comply with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is collecting shareholders’ email addresses for distribution of “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents that require specific shareholder instructions or elections. Investors can provide a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

If no valid email is supplied, Lianhua Supermarket will continue to send actionable communications in printed form until a functional address is registered. Shareholders who prefer hard copies of all corporate communications may opt in by notifying the registrar or emailing lianhua.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such instructions remain effective for one year unless revoked earlier.

The reminder letter is signed by Company Secretary Xu Xiao-yi on behalf of the board.
