WILLAS-ARRAY (00854) has announced that due to personal commitments, Mr. Fan Qingsheng has submitted his resignation as executive director, effective October 22, 2025. Consequently, Mr. Fan will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative as per the Hong Kong Listing Rules Section 3.05 and Singapore Listing Rules Section 725, also effective October 22, 2025. Therefore, Mr. Xavier Cheng, chairman and executive director, has been appointed as the authorized representative effective from October 22, 2025.
