2026年6月26日，伟志控股有限公司（01305）发布公告称，该公司于2026年6月25日在香港联合交易所场内回购2,000,000股普通股，占购回前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.9134%。本次回购的每股价格介乎0.85港元至0.88港元，合计支付约175.87万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）由2026年6月24日的218,970,000股降至216,970,000股，库藏股数量由755,000股增加至2,755,000股，公司已发行股份总数仍为219,725,000股。根据公司2026年5月27日通过的购回授权，可回购的股份总数为21,972,500股，截至目前，公司已按授权在相关市场合计购回2,755,000股，占授权数约12.5384%。
公司确认本次回购遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》的相关规定，公告由公司秘书张伟雄先生签署。
