回购完成后，恒安国际已发行股份数量（不包括库藏股）降至1,156,840,917股，库藏股数量增至5,280,000股，合并计算公司总已发行股本为1,162,120,917股。公告显示，本次回购基于2025年5月20日获股东大会通过的购回授权，授权额度为116,212,091股，目前公司已回购的股份数量为5,280,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.4543%。
