惠生国际控股有限公司（01340）7月8日公布股东特别大会投票结果，涉及股份合并及相关安排。
股东特别大会于2026年7月8日11时在香港举行，出席及有权投票股份总数为1,107,405,600股。大会就“每8股每股面值0.01港元的普通股合并为1股每股面值0.08港元，并授权董事采取相关行动”一案进行表决，结果为赞成票139,495,600股（100%），反对票0股（0%）。由于赞成票超过50%，该普通决议案获正式通过。
所有合并条件已达成后，股份合并将于2026年7月10日生效，并自当日09:00起开始买卖合并股份。合并后股份的股票颜色为黄色，现有灰色股票自2026年8月13日16:10起停止交付、交易及结算，但仍为所有权凭证。
受股份合并影响，每手买卖单位将于2026年7月24日生效，由4,000股现有股份调整为10,000股合并股份。于联交所买卖合并股份的原柜位将于当日09:00重新开放。
公司已委任卓佳证券登记有限公司为是次股东特别大会点票监票员，全部董事通过电子方式出席会议。
