泛远国际控股集团有限公司（02516）8月21日晚间公告，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计：
— 期内实现收入约人民币13亿元至17亿元，较2025年同期约8亿元增长约61%至110%。收入增长主要受收购美国附属公司及主要客户业务量增加带动的货运代理服务收入提升所致。
— 期内归属公司拥有人之业绩预期介乎溢利不超过人民币15百万元至亏损不超过人民币5百万元。2025年同期公司录得亏损约人民币14百万元。业绩改善主要由于收入增加，以及贸易及其他应收款项及商誉减值亏损减少。该等正面影响部分被货运代理服务收入占比上升导致的毛利率下降所抵销。
公司提示，上述数据为董事会基于现时可得资料及未经审计综合管理账目作出的初步评估，具体业绩仍有待核数师审阅及审核委员会审核。公司计划于2026年8月26日公布中期业绩，届时将披露详细财务资料。
