Kam Ding International Group (08153) announced on July 18, 2025, that it entered into a placing agreement with a placing agent. Under this agreement, the agent will undertake a best-efforts placement of up to 18,341,400 new shares to no fewer than six independent placees at HK$0.081 per share. The net proceeds from the placement, estimated at approximately HK$1.38 million, will be allocated for general working capital purposes.
