本季度信息
根据公告，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，中国北大荒产业集团控股有限公司录得营收约1.58亿港元，同比上升61.98%。同期毛利约为584万港元，较上年同期的1,086万港元下降46.20%，主要因食品板块新增品类毛利率相对较低，以及期内投资物业公允值亏损与购股权开支增加导致整体成本上升。报告期内销售及分销开支约341万港元，同比上升34.70%；行政开支约4,227万港元，同比增加144.91%，其中包括期内确认的购股权开支和投资物业公允值亏损。经调整净亏损为4,234万港元，部分源于毛利的减少及整体费用的攀升。
业务分项
买卖食品业务方面，期内实现收入约1.40亿港元，较上年同期的6,281万港元大幅增长，主要由于农产品、魔芋食品及预制菜等品类的销售规模扩大。该分类毛利约232万港元，较上年同期有所下降，主要受新产品毛利率较低影响。
租赁业务方面，期内录得收入约1,800万港元，相比上年同期的3,496万港元明显减少，主要因为部分租赁协议于去年下半年失效。该分类毛利也相应下降至约352万港元。
