理想汽车-W (02015) 于2026年3月27日发布公告，披露公司于2026年3月26日及3月27日分别在纳斯达克全球精选市场及香港联交所执行股份回购，总回购股数为950,000股。
根据公告，3月26日回购340,000股，占当日已发行股本的约0.0188%，每股回购价介乎每股8.78美元至8.87美元，涉资约299.93万美元；3月27日回购610,000股，占当日已发行股本的约0.0337%，每股回购价介乎每股68.85港元至71.10港元，涉资约4276.91万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数变动至1,805,844,550股，库藏股数增至1,867,638股。理想汽车-W已于2025年5月30日通过购回授权，剩余可回购股份数量为214,088,226股。
公司在公告中确认，此次回购严格遵守香港联交所上市规则及当地相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书王扬签署。
