山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（01066）2月4日更新翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所回购股份10万股，占该日前已发行股本约0.0022%，每股购回价介乎每股5.18港元至5.20港元，涉及总金额约51.94万港元。交易完成后，公司已发行股份数降至约44.81746亿股，库藏股数量则增至约4058.64万股。
公司称，此次回购依据2025年5月27日获股东大会通过的回购授权进行，授权总数为4.5156亿股。截至公告日，公司已累计回购约3393.8万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约7.5157%。公司确认此项回购遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法例规定。
