天津创业环保集团股份有限公司(1065)发布公告，将于2025年12月16日下午2时在中国天津市南开区卫津南路76号天津创业环保大厦5楼会议室召开2025年第二次临时股东大会。届时将审议修订《募集资金管理制度》和终止部分募投项目两项普通决议案，相关详情载于2025年11月26日之通函。
公告称，凡于2025年12月11日名列在公司股东名册的股东均可出席会议。公司将于2025年12月11日至12月16日暂停办理H股过户登记手续，H股股东如需过户须在12月10日16时30分前提交文件。股东亦可委任一位或多位代理人行使表决权，但须于会议举行前24小时内递交代理授权文件。
