山东黄金(01787)于2026年6月29日发布更新公告，将其2025年度末期股息的派发日确定为2026年7月28日，此前该股息已于6月15日获股东批准。
公告显示，本次末期股息为每10股派发人民币1.8元，折合每10股约2.07142港元。除净日为2026年6月29日，股权登记日为2026年7月7日。为符合获派股息资格，投资者须于2026年6月30日16:30前递交股份过户文件，股份过户登记将自2026年7月2日起暂停至7月7日。
在代扣所得税方面，公司将对非居民个人股东及非居民企业股东按10%税率预扣，通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者则按20%代扣个人所得税，相关安排与此前通函所述一致。
