Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 686) has released a revised proxy form for its special general meeting scheduled for 28 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Hong Kong and with a branch venue in Beijing. Shareholders may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf regarding several ordinary resolutions, including proposed equity transfer agreements, the 2026-2028 Financial Services Framework Agreement, and the 2025-2028 Finance Lease Business Framework Agreement.
The revised form must indicate whether shareholders vote for or against each proposal; if no choice is marked, the appointed proxy may vote or abstain at discretion. Shareholders wishing to use this revised form are required to submit it to the company’s branch share registrar at least 48 hours before the meeting. Completed forms supersede any previous proxy submissions. Joint holders may vote through any one of them, provided that if multiple holders are present, only the senior holder’s vote is accepted. Any shareholder retaining a completed revised proxy form may still attend and vote in person, rendering the proxy appointment revoked upon personal attendance.
