蓝港互动（08267）3月26日晚间披露盈利预警补充公告。公司预计，截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得归属于公司拥有人亏损约10.3百万元，较2024年度约29.0百万元的亏损同比减少约64.5%。\n\n董事会指出，亏损收窄主要源于两方面：一是处置部分持有的加密货币产生收益，但被部分加密货币持仓（含减值）亏损部分抵销；二是集团持续推进成本控制及费用削减措施。\n\n公告进一步说明，调整后亏损净额（非国际财务报告准则口径）系在年度亏损净额基础上，剔除股份为基础的补偿开支、一次性离职补偿金及按公允价值计量且其变动计入损益的金融资产公允价值亏损，相关数据尚未经审计。\n\n公司表示，以上业绩预期基于对截至2025年底未经审计合并管理账目及现时可得资料的初步评估，最终经审核的全年业绩将于2026年3月27日左右披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
