2026年7月14日，天聚地合（苏州）科技股份有限公司（02479）公告称，其全资附属公司苏州市聚合天擎信息科技有限公司已与联合体承包商——联创时代（苏州）设计有限公司及苏州第五建筑集团有限公司签署建设项目工程总承包合同，将在江苏省苏州市吴中区建设公安大模型及报案机器人生产总部，总价人民币1.02亿元。

本次项目总建筑面积约28,351.3平方米，承包范围涵盖设计、采购及施工，包括施工图优化设计、基坑支护、土木工程、安装、室外工程、装修及智能系统等，目标实现“可搬入”交付。合同固定总价中，设计费用为156.99万元，建造及安装费用约1.00亿元。

施工期自2026年7月26日开工起计460个日历天，计划竣工日期为2027年10月28日。付款方式按里程碑分三部分：签约并取得施工许可证后28日内支付20%预付款；按工程进度分阶段累计支付至合同价款的97%；剩余3%作为质保金，于最终竣工验收及结算后支付。项目资金将通过公司内部资源及银行贷款解决。

根据香港联交所《上市规则》第14章，因本次交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，须履行公告义务，惟豁免股东批准。

公司表示，新生产总部建成后将用于大模型与机器人产品的研发及生产，有助于提升生产效率与产能，满足业务发展需求。
