Interest is payable semi-annually on Apr, 14 and Oct, 14 each year, starting on Oct, 14 2026.

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd is the sole bookrunner for the offering. Approximately 11.07% of the notes have been allocated to certain controlling shareholders, directors, the chief executive officer and their associates; the aggregate value at risk represents less than 3% of the group’s latest audited net tangible assets.
Application will be made for the notes to be listed on the Singapore Exchange on Apr, 15 2026.
