SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. announced that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has approved a new waiver allowing the company to deviate from Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17 from Nov, 18 2025 to Oct, 13 2027 (the “remaining waiver period”).

The waiver is subject to two conditions: 1. Mr. Lee Wai Hung must receive assistance from Ms. Kan Mei Ha during the remaining waiver period; and 2. The waiver may be revoked if the company commits a serious breach of the Listing Rules.

Mr. Lee holds a Practising Certificate from the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore and has more than 20 years of corporate secretarial experience, while Ms. Kan is the Managing Director of Tricor’s Hong Kong company secretarial services with over 30 years of industry experience.

Before the waiver expires, SIIC Environment must demonstrate to the exchange that Mr. Lee has gained sufficient experience to fulfill company secretary duties without further exemption.
