网易云音乐股份有限公司于2026年2月27日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司在2026年2月27日回购约97,150股股份，占当日前已发行股份约0.04481%，回购价每股介乎港币151.2至港币158，总金额约港币14,995,937.99。回购股份将列作库藏股。
此外，公司于同日根据首次公开发售前股份奖励计划发行1,000股新股，发行价每股港币85.8。上述变动后，公司于2026年2月27日的已发行股份数为216,725,073股，库藏股数为1,179,850股。
购回授权于2025年6月25日获股东通过，公告中显示在本次回购完成后，相关授权剩余额度仍可满足后续回购需求。公司并进一步确认，所有回购及发行程序均符合相关上市规则及法律法规要求。
