凌雄科技(02436)于2026年7月15日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股9.60万股，占事件前公司已发行股本约0.0276%。回购价格介乎每股21.18港元至21.74港元，合计付出金额约205.85万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为3.483564亿股，库存股增至490.26万股，已发行股本维持总数3.53259亿股。该回购股份将作库存股持有。
根据公告，董事会已于2026年6月5日通过购回授权，最多可回购3505.791万股，公司目前已合计回购222.27万股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.634%。本次回购后，公司在2026年8月14日之前将进入新股发行及库存股出售的暂止期。公司确认，上述回购事宜符合香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法例的规定。
