中裕能源(03633)于2026年7月3日发布公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股合计约388万股(即3,880,000股)，占该日前已发行股份(不包括库藏股份)的0.1434%。本次回购的每股价格区间介乎2.42港元至2.64港元，合共耗资约9,925,940港元，折合约992.59万港元。
公告显示，本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为2,748,305,157股，其中库藏股份从43,500,000股增至47,380,000股，已发行股份(不包括库藏股份)则变动为2,700,925,157股。公司于2026年6月26日获得股东授予的回购授权，可回购的股份总数为270,560,515股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计回购4,680,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份(不包括库藏股份)总数的0.173%。
公司确认已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及所有相关法律法规，此次回购经董事会正式批准，并已满足相关合规及程序性要求。公告由董事吕小强签署。
