Fulum Group Holdings Limited (1443) will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 24 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m., located on the 26th Floor of Capital Tower, 38 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Shareholders are entitled to attend in person or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
The primary resolution to be considered at the meeting involves the 2026 Connected Tenancy Framework Agreement and the relevant Right-of-use Assets Caps.
