美国家居装修零售巨头劳氏（Lowe's）今日盘前股价大涨5.26%，投资者对公司最新宣布的重大收购计划反应积极。
据悉，劳氏已同意以约88亿美元的价格收购北美领先的室内建筑产品分销商Foundation Building Materials。这项收购旨在加强劳氏面向承包商和建筑商等专业客户的产品阵容，加快订单执行速度，从而推动其"整体家居"战略的实施。这是继今年4月以13.3亿美元收购Artisan Design公司之后，劳氏在扩张战略上的又一重要举措。
除了收购消息，劳氏还上调了年度销售总额预期，从此前的835亿至845亿美元区间提高至845亿至855亿美元之间。与此同时，公司发布了2025年业绩展望，预计可比销售额较上年同期将呈现持平至增长1%的表现。这些积极信号进一步提振了投资者信心，推动股价上涨。
