MODERN LAND (01107) has issued an announcement stating that, as of the date of this announcement, the audit of the group's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, has not been completed. The primary reasons for the delay include, but are not limited to, the following key audit procedures that remain unfinished or require additional time: Due to factors such as government oversight affecting certain subsidiaries, the approval process for official seals is lengthy, and some bank confirmation letters and confirmations from major counterparties are still being processed; on-site audit work for several important subsidiaries is either ongoing or under internal review; the impairment assessment for accounts receivable, property-related assets, investment properties, and investments in joint ventures has not been finalized; and the estimation of litigation matters and the evaluation of the group's ability to continue as a going concern are still in progress. The group is actively communicating with its auditor to obtain the necessary documents and assessment materials as soon as possible, striving to complete the outstanding audit procedures at the earliest opportunity. Due to these reasons, the company anticipates it will be unable to publish the full-year results for the period ended December 31, 2025, by March 31, 2026. A delay in publishing the annual results will constitute a breach of Listing Rule 13.49(1).
