即便中东的液化天然气（LNG）供应能立即恢复，欧洲在今年冬季来临之际，其库存水平仍将不及去年同期。这是Cheniere Energy高管Feygin发出的最新警示。
他指出，欧洲的能源储备正面临严峻挑战。即便中东局势迅速缓和，气流得以即刻回归，但欧洲的储气能力仍显不足。这并非单纯的供应问题，而是多重因素交织的结果——包括去年的高基数效应、冬季供暖需求的不确定性，以及全球LNG市场的动态博弈。
Feygin强调，欧洲的能源策略必须更加审慎。冬天的脚步不会因供应前景而放缓。当寒流来袭，欧洲的储气设施将承受巨大压力。即便中东的出口渠道畅通无阻，但补库速度的滞后可能会让欧洲在寒冷季节中处于被动。
因此，欧洲需提前布局，不能仅依赖短期供应恢复。多元化进口来源、加速国内储气设施建设，以及提高能源效率，都是备选方案。Feygin的言论，如同一记警钟，提醒着欧洲：能源安全，绝不可掉以轻心。
