Shenzhen-based printed circuit board (PCB) maker KINWONG (03228) expects a sharp earnings rebound for the three months ended 30 September 2026, according to its preliminary unaudited results filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 October.
Revenue is projected at RMB 6.12 billion–6.98 billion (US$840 million–US$958 million), up 53.48%–75.05% year on year and 29.67%–47.90% quarter on quarter. The company attributes the rise to accelerating mass production and shipments of high-performance PCBs for high-speed communication networks and AI data-infrastructure projects, alongside improved product-mix optimisation and cost-control initiatives.
Net profit attributable to shareholders is forecast between RMB 0.91 billion and RMB 1.09 billion, representing a year-on-year surge of 205.46%–264.74% and a sequential increase of 147.20%–195.18%. After excluding non-recurring items, core net profit is expected to climb to RMB 0.94 billion–1.12 billion, translating into year-on-year growth of 294.34%–368.68%.
Management highlighted a sizeable order backlog for AI server and data-centre applications, as well as high-speed optical modules, supporting robust capacity utilisation and yield rates. The statement emphasised that strategic investments made in previous years are now converting into sustained value growth, aided by deeper collaborations with global customers and ongoing technological co-development.
The figures are based on internal estimates prepared under China Accounting Standards and have not yet been audited. Detailed results will be released in KINWONG’s Q3 2026 report. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
