JIHONG CO (02603) announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned from his positions as (i) joint company secretary of the Company; (ii) authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) representative of the Company to accept service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from October 9, 2025. The Board further announces that following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Tan Yongzi has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective from October 9, 2025. Mr. Lu Tashan will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
