On Friday, the three major US stock indices reached new record highs. The Hang Seng Index ADR also advanced, closing at 25,349.20 points on a proportional basis, marking a gain of 166.81 points or 0.66% from its Hong Kong close. Most major blue-chip stocks posted gains. HSBC HOLDINGS closed at HKD 146.921, up 1.25% from its Hong Kong close. TENCENT closed at HKD 427.879, up 0.16% from its Hong Kong close.
