AIA Group Limited (stock codes 01299 and 81299) has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 1.4408 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the payout at the annual general meeting on 22 May 2026. Key dates linked to the distribution are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 28 May 2026 • Latest time for share transfers: 16:30, 29 May 2026 • Record date: 29 May 2026 • Payment date: 12 June 2026
