Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveal that on August 17, Huang Li disposed of 3.35 million shares of INNOGEN-B (02591) at a price of HK$5.0273 per share, totaling approximately HK$16.8415 million.
Following the transaction, Huang Li's latest shareholding stands at around 40.6211 million shares, representing a 9.67% stake in the company. The deal also involved a related party, Zheng Weihao.
