交个朋友控股(01450.HK)公告称，董事会将在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求授权，于适用法律及上市规则允许范围内，最多回购相当于已发行股本约10%的股份。根据公司披露，当前发行股本（不含库存股）约为14.05亿股，公司计划回购最多约1.40亿股。
公司表示，购回所需资金将按开曼群岛法及相关上市规则的规定合规使用，不会对财务及营运状况造成重大影响。董事会认为，在适当情况下实施股份回购有助于提升股东回报、优化资本结构，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
根据过往披露，交个朋友控股在过去十二个月的股价区间约为每股0.75港元至1.26港元。上述回购议案尚待股东周年大会表决通过，相关过户登记及决议细节以公司正式公告为准。
