NetEase Cloud Music Inc. repurchased 121,500 ordinary shares on 7 May 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$14.99 million. The transaction was conducted within a price range of HK$122.20–124.10 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$123.43.
Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell by 0.06% from 211.68 million to 211.56 million, while treasury shares rose to 6.36 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 217.92 million.
The purchase was made under the mandate approved on 25 June 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 21.74 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 6.02 million shares, representing 27.70% of the authorised limit. In accordance with listing rules, NetEase Cloud Music is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 6 June 2026.
