On March 20, Shangdi Subdistrict in Haidian District held an employment service carnival as part of its "Spring Breeze Action" initiative at Jinyu Jiahua Plaza, officially launching AI job kiosks in office buildings, residential communities, industrial parks, and commercial districts. The project aims to create a "15-minute employment service circle" for local residents. Unlike traditional job fairs, this event featured a dedicated exhibition area for AI job kiosks—six units capable of intelligent job matching within a 5-kilometer radius, AI-powered digital mock interviews, and career aptitude assessments. Job seekers can input their requirements into the terminal and receive precise job recommendations within 30 seconds. During the fair, the six kiosks served over 800 people, with an on-site interaction rate of 40%. Following the event, one kiosk will remain permanently at Jinyu Jiahua Plaza, allowing employees and nearby residents to access smart job-seeking services at any time. According to Su Xiaohua, Deputy Director of the Shangdi Subdistrict Office, the subdistrict will continue to promote the deployment of AI job kiosks in buildings, communities, parks, and commercial areas, extending employment services to residents' "doorsteps" and "workplaces." The initiative will further refine the "15-minute employment service circle," leveraging technology to help local residents achieve high-quality, full employment.
