移卡（09923）于2026年6月24日公告回购股份。公司当日在香港联交所场内回购5.8万股普通股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.0126%，每股回购价介乎港币5.07元至5.13元，总耗资约29.45万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持462,162,442股，其中460,594,842股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股），1,567,600股为库存股份。公司表示，此次回购获得的股份将持作库藏股。
公告指出，本次回购系依据2026年6月5日获通过的购回授权进行，回购授权下公司可回购股份的总数为46,080,964股，截至目前公司已于本交易所或其他证券交易所回购214,800股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.0466%。公司确认，本次回购已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及当地适用法例。
