As of February 28, the latest bull-bear ratio for the Hang Seng Index stood at 69:31. According to data from CITIC Securities' bull and bear certificate distribution chart, the heavy concentration area for bear certificates was in the 27,100–27,199 range, where the latest number of bear certificates reached 872, an increase of 13 from the previous trading day. The largest increase in bear certificates was observed in the 26,700–26,799 range, where the latest count stood at 241, up by 241 from the prior session. For bull certificates, the heavy concentration area was in the 26,200–26,299 range, with the latest number of bull certificates totaling 1,981, a decrease of 360 from the previous trading day. The largest increase in bull certificates occurred in the 25,400–25,499 range, where the latest count reached 671, an increase of 50 from the previous session.
