Wing Tai Holdings buys Kuala Lumpur land for 45 million Singapore dollars

Wing Tai Holdings Limited said on Mar, 18 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wing Kiara Sdn. Bhd., has purchased a 11,092-square-metre freehold land parcel in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, for a total consideration of 45 million Singapore dollars.

The acquisition, completed on Mar, 16 2026, was made under a Sale & Purchase Agreement with Puncak Melati Sdn. Bhd. Wing Tai Holdings stated that the transaction was conducted on a willing-buyer, willing-seller basis and forms part of its ordinary course of business.

Following the deal, Wing Kiara plans to develop the site into a residential project for sale.
