德基科技控股(01301)公告称，董事会建议于2026年6月18日召开的股东周年大会上，审议并批准一项股份购回授权，最高可回购公司截至决议案通过当日已发行股份总数的10%。公司本次已发行股份总数为626,984,000股，若该授权获股东大会审议通过，公司可回购数量合计达约62,698,400股。
公告显示，公司将在符合开曼群岛法律、上市规则及公司章程等相关法律法规的前提下，以合法资金作为购回资金来源。董事会指出，股票回购有助于提高公司每股资产净值及每股盈利，并最终提升股东回报。公司强调，回购计划及资金安排不会对其营运资金及整体财务状况造成重大不利影响，董事会认为本次授权符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
上述回购授权方案尚待2026年6月18日召开的股东周年大会审议批准。公司同时提醒，相关股东若有意出席大会应于2026年6月12日16时30分前完成股份过户登记。
